Your use of Peaceful Energy Cloud is governed exclusively by these terms. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these conditions.
3. Services Provided
Peaceful Energy Cloud provides cloud storage, data management, backup, and related digital infrastructure services. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations while using our services. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or harmful activity may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Peaceful Energy Cloud takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information in line with applicable data protection laws, including Nigeria’s Data Protection Act (NDPA). 6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, software, text, graphics, databases, and other intellectual property appearing on this platform are owned by or licensed to Peaceful Energy Cloud. No part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Peaceful Energy Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data or business interruption.
8. Delivery Policy
Our services are primarily digital. If physical items or documentation are required, they will be delivered through recognized courier services, and any associated costs will be communicated in advance.
9. Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
9.1 Fulfillment Policy
Upon successful payment, services will be provisioned based on the selected package. Clients will receive access credentials, onboarding information, and relevant documentation via email.
9.2 Refund Policy
If a purchased service becomes unavailable, Peaceful Energy Cloud will issue a full refund within 30 days through the original payment method.
In the event of system failures resulting in service disruption or data corruption attributable to us, clients may receive a refund or a service credit equivalent to the severity of the impact.
9.3 Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations initiated by the client are subject to a 10% administrative fee, deducted from the refundable amount.

9.4 Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for services already consumed or where significant resource usage has occurred.
- No refunds apply to trial or promotional services.

10. Payment Options Accepted
Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or other payment methods supported within Nigeria’s digital payment ecosystem.
11. Card Security and Processing
Card payments are processed by approved and PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Peaceful Energy Cloud does not store or process card information on its servers. All card details are entered on secure, encrypted payment provider platforms.
12. Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer information is stored securely by Peaceful Energy Cloud. Card information is handled solely by the payment processor and never stored by us.
13. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country is Nigeria, and transactions will be processed in the Nigerian Naira (NGN), except where otherwise communicated.
14. Responsibility
Peaceful Energy Cloud is responsible for all aspects of customer service, support, dispute resolution, and the delivery of digital services.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Peaceful Energy Cloud will designate a legal address (domicilium) for any formal notices or legal matters.
16. Changes to Terms
Peaceful Energy Cloud reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users are advised to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
